STRATTON — Vermont State Police responded to a motor vehicle crash along Route 100 in Stratton at 5:06 p.m. March 29.
Upon arrival, troopers identified the operator as Cole Allen, 23, of West Wardsboro.
Following investigation, Allen was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was processed at the Dover Police Department and subsequently released with a citation to appear before the Windham County Superior Court — Criminal Division on April 15.
