PENN YAN — A 35-year-old Penn Yan man was arrested Saturday on multiple charges stemming from a domestic incident, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Matthew J. Robinson of East Swamp Road in the Town of Potter was taken into custody at 1:57 p.m. on March 29 at 3804 E Swamp Road.
Robinson faces charges of criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree harassment, and second-degree obstruction of government administration.
Deputies arrested Robinson on a warrant after he allegedly subjected another resident to unwanted physical contact and obstructed their breathing during a domestic incident.
Robinson was transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building where he awaits CAP court arraignment.\
