ELMIRA HEIGHTS — Four individuals were arrested by the Elmira Heights Police Department on various charges including outstanding warrants and drug possession over a five-day period in March.
William Beam, 49, of Southport was arrested on March 16 for an outstanding warrant issued by the New York State Police and Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor following a complaint in Elmira Heights.
Beam was turned over to the New York State Police on his outstanding warrant.
Matthew Sproesser, 47, of Elmira was arrested on March 16 for an outstanding warrant issued by the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office following a field interview in Elmira Heights.
Sproesser was turned over to the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office on his outstanding warrant.
Leroy Morseman, 41, of Veteran was arrested on March 20 for an outstanding warrant issued by the New York State Police following a traffic stop in Elmira Heights.
Morseman was turned over to the New York State Police on his outstanding warrant.
Mikaela Judge, 19, of Elmira was arrested on March 21 for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor following a complaint in Elmira Heights.
Judge was issued an appearance ticket to appear in court at a later date.
