MANCHESTER — Three people were arrested after the driver of a vehicle failed to pull over for a traffic stop, leading to a pursuit in Londonderry.

At 9:10 a.m. today, March 28, Trooper Edward Perciballi of the Troop B barracks attempted to stop a silver Chevrolet Impala for several motor vehicle violations along Interstate 293 southbound near Exit 1.

The Trooper was able to determine that the driver of the Impala had two passengers, as the driver disobeyed the Trooper’s commands and continued driving.

A pursuit started as the driver of the Impala got onto Interstate 93 southbound before getting off at Exit 5 in Londonderry.

Shortly after, the Trooper decided to pause the pursuit due to the driver’s erratic behavior to prevent unnecessary danger to other drivers.

A short time later, the same Chevrolet Impala was found unoccupied near an entrance to the power lines along Route 28 in Londonderry.

A State Police K-9 was brought in to track the car’s occupants, which led to two of the suspects surrendering to officers from the Derry Police Department who were positioned along the perimeter.

The suspects were identified as Daniel Beauregard, 43, and Kristen Beauregard, 38, both of Exeter.

With additional assistance from eyewitnesses and officers from the Londonderry Police Department, State Troopers began searching a swampy area between Londonderry Road and Beacon Street.

After a State Police drone was deployed, the third suspect was observed within the swamp, and Troopers were eventually able to arrest this suspect as well.

He was identified as Joseph Anderson, 40, of Manchester.

The preliminary investigation determined that the driver of the Impala was Daniel Beauregard.

Beauregard was charged with reckless conduct by use of a deadly weapon, operating a motor vehicle after being certified as a habitual offender, disobeying a police officer, and resisting arrest.

He is being held on bail at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections for an arraignment scheduled for Monday in Manchester District Court.

Anderson had a parole violation warrant and is also being charged with resisting arrest.

Anderson suffered minor injuries while fleeing and was later treated and released from a local hospital.

He is being held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Manchester District Court as well.

Kristen Beauregard was released without charges.

Troopers were assisted in this case by members of the Derry Police Department and the Londonderry Police Department.

All aspects of this incident remain under investigation.
