OLEAN — The Olean Police Department is seeking information about individuals operating three-wheelers and ATVs illegally on city streets and private properties in the Seneca Heights area.
Authorities are asking residents to report any sightings of these activities or information about the riders.
The police department made the announcement Thursday, March 20.
