OAKHAM — Police are searching for a gray 2019 Ford F-150 pickup truck involved in a hit-and-run accident that damaged town property early Thursday morning.
The vehicle failed to negotiate the turn from Route 122 onto Route 148 sometime in the early morning hours of March 28, according to the Oakham Police Department.
Investigators say the truck slid off the road and struck the Town of Oakham’s digital sign trailer before leaving the scene.
Police report the vehicle continued traveling south on Route 148, leaving behind a debris trail.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the property damage accident to contact the Oakham Police Department.
