CUBA — Cuba Police arrested a 26-year-old Olean man on charges including drug-impaired driving following a traffic stop on March 25.
Shane A. Ellis was taken into custody at approximately 7:11 p.m. after police say he moved from his lane unsafely.
Ellis faces charges of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a felony, as well as operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor.
He was also cited for moving from lane unsafely, a violation.
Following processing, Ellis was transported to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment.
