WATERBURY — A 55-year-old transient man was cited Thursday after allegedly violating court-ordered conditions of release and a relief from abuse order, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to a pull-off on Route 100 in Waterbury at approximately 4:05 p.m. after receiving a report of a conditions of release violation.
Investigation revealed that Alonzo Kidder had violated both court-ordered conditions and terms of a relief from abuse order, police said.
Kidder was located and issued a citation to appear at Washington County Criminal Court on March 28 at 12:30 p.m.
The victim’s identity was not released in accordance with Vermont State Police policy regarding victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.
