CICERO — Several individuals were arrested on various charges in the Town of Cicero during the last week of March, according to police reports.
John J. Morin, 59, from North Syracuse was arrested on March 22 on a warrant for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Morin was arraigned and released to reappear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
Matthew A. Laue, 48, from West Monroe was arrested on March 24 for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, a class U misdemeanor, along with unlicensed operator and uninspected motor vehicle, both traffic infractions.
Laue was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
Kimberlee Pontello, 37, from Syracuse was arrested on March 24 for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Pontello was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
Joseph J. Gary, 56, from Syracuse was arrested on March 25 on a warrant for criminal contempt in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Gary was arraigned and released to reappear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
David W. Wylie, 34, from Bridgeport was arrested on March 26 for criminal mischief in the fourth degree and endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors, and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Wylie was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
Joshua P. Franklin, 22, from Syracuse was arrested on March 26 on a bench warrant for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Franklin was arraigned and released to reappear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
Kimberley L. Burgess, 61, from Brewerton was arrested on March 26 for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Burgess was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
Destiney N. Copes, 22, from Brewerton was arrested on March 26 for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Copes was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
Nicholas R. Tracy, 33, from Moravia was arrested on March 27 for petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Tracy was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Cicero Justice Court.
Kayla B. Bush, 32, from Syracuse was arrested on March 27 for petit larceny and criminal contempt in the second degree, both class A misdemeanors.
Bush is being held at the Justice Center to await arraignment.
