BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced 18 arrests during the week ending March 28, including charges ranging from petit larceny to rape and child exploitation.
Jordan C. Wilson, 20, of Dickinson, faces multiple felony charges including three counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, three counts of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child, and rape in the second degree following an investigation into statutory rape in the Town of Colesville.
Keith T. Harrison II, 38, of Johnson City, was charged with rape in the third degree and aggravated patronizing a minor for prostitution in the third degree, both Class E felonies, after a statutory rape investigation in Endicott.
Ryan D. Kelly, 37, of Endicott, faces a Class D felony charge of grand larceny in the third degree following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
David W. Smith Jr., 39, of Endicott, was charged with felony DWI due to a previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and criminal contempt following a traffic stop in Endicott.
Shawn K. Jones, 35, of Binghamton, was charged with failure to report a change of address for more than 10 days under the Sex Offender Registration Act, a Class E felony.
Justin E. Pittsley, 33, of Cincinnatus, faces a Class E felony charge of criminal possession of stolen property following a warrant execution in the Town of Triangle.
George P. Waldron, 29, of Lisle, was charged with bail jumping in the second degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance after a warrant execution in Nanticoke.
Cameron J. Smith, 20, of Vestal, faces misdemeanor DWI charges and traffic violations following a motor vehicle accident investigation in Dickinson.
Mark J. Huebner, 55, of Panama City, Florida, and Steven P. Kallfelz, 56, of Binghamton, were both charged with first-offense DWI following separate traffic stops.
The remaining arrests involved misdemeanor charges including petit larceny, criminal contempt, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
