ONEONTA — A Sidney woman was arrested for burglary after allegedly stealing property from a Walmart in Oneonta, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Elizabeth M. Nash, 43, was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny following her arrest on March 21.
Deputies responded to a reported larceny at the Walmart located in the Town of Oneonta.
Investigators determined Nash had stolen property from the store despite having been previously trespassed from the business.
Nash was taken into custody and transported to the Otsego County Correctional Facility where she was held pending arraignment at Otsego County Central Arraignment.
