MILFORD — A 53-year-old Milford man was arrested Thursday on grand larceny charges after allegedly stealing a motor vehicle from a residence, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Donald B. Lane Jr. was charged with third-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree grand larceny following an investigation into a complaint in the Town of Milford.
Authorities said the vehicle had been unlawfully taken from the victim’s residence.
Lane was processed on the charges while already being held in the Otsego County Jail on unrelated matters.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Milford Court at a later date.
