PANTON — Vermont State Police are investigating a road rage incident that occurred on VT Route 22A near the Panton/Vergennes line at approximately 6:40 a.m. March 26.
Vernon Miller, 53, of Panton was assaulted by an unknown male who fled the scene in a White Ridge Construction truck, according to police.
The suspect was described as a 5’9″ male in his 40s with a beard.
Troopers responded to the report and are now seeking information from the public.
