PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island law enforcement agencies arrested four individuals on March 25 in separate cases involving various charges ranging from insurance fraud to possession of child pornography and weapons offenses.
Edward Delgreco, 44, of Coventry, was arrested by members of the Auto Theft Unit, the ACI Investigations Unit, and the Intelligence Unit on charges of insurance fraud, forgery and counterfeiting, and impersonation of a public official.
Delgreco was arraigned in Third Division Court where he received $5,000 surety bail and was presented as a Superior Court violator.
In a separate case, Jared Richmond, 27, of Marshfield, Massachusetts, was arrested by the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for possession and transfer of child pornography, and soliciting another to commit a crime.
Richmond was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace who set bail at $10,000 with surety, which he posted before being released with a future Sixth District Court date.
The Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and Pawtucket Police Department arrested Ceristel Rodriguez Berrocales, 19, of Pawtucket, on multiple charges including carrying a pistol without a license, possession of a ghost gun, and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Berrocales was taken into custody without incident and transferred to the Pawtucket Police Department.
In the fourth case, Cristian Cano, 26, of Pawtucket, was arrested by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and Pawtucket Police Department on an arrest warrant for domestic assault and strangulation.
Cano was taken into custody without incident and transported directly to the Pawtucket Police Department.
