SOUTHWICK — Police are investigating a shoplifting incident that occurred at Tractor Supply at 2:57 p.m. today.
A vehicle was observed by Sgt. Westcott, who was off-duty, leaving the scene.
The vehicle has a Florida passenger plate that investigators believe may be attached to conceal the actual owner’s identity.
Police noted damage to the vehicle’s rear bumper.
The vehicle was last seen heading north on College Highway into Westfield.
