Olean man arrested on bench warrant in Ellicottville

ELLICOTTVILLE — The Ellicottville Police Department arrested Michael C. Walters, 34, of Olean, on March 21 on a bench warrant.

Walters faces multiple charges including fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and trespass.

Following his arrest, Walters was arraigned in the Town of Ellicottville Court.

He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
