MILTON — A 55-year-old Milton man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly pulling a fire alarm at Saratoga Hospital when no emergency existed, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Timothy D. Febbie was charged with falsely reporting an incident in the second degree, a class E felony.
Authorities said Febbie pulled the fire alarm at the hospital on Sunday, knowing there was no fire or other emergency situation.
He was arraigned before Judge Jeffrey D. Wait in Saratoga Springs City Court.
Febbie was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further court proceedings.
