SOUTH WINDSOR — A Manchester man was arrested on a failure to appear warrant after being asked to leave a property in South Windsor early Tuesday.
Julian J.S. Risby, 28, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. after South Windsor police responded to Evergreen Walk at 1:38 a.m.
Evergreen Walk had asked Risby to leave the property, according to police.
Officers located Risby a short distance away in Manchester and determined he had an active warrant.
He was taken into custody, processed, and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
Risby is scheduled to appear in Hartford Community Court on April 9 at 9 a.m.
