LYNDONVILLE — The Lyndonville Police Department is seeking information about a man who allegedly used a fraudulent credit card to purchase an impact wrench at a local auto parts store.
According to police, on March 26, officers received a complaint about a transaction that occurred at Sanel Auto Parts on 8 Deans Lane.
The incident took place on March 19 at approximately 3:49 p.m., when a man reportedly purchased a $499 impact wrench using a credit card that had to be manually entered into the system.
The credit card was later determined to be fraudulent, police said.
