CLIFTON PARK — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Connecticut man Tuesday on felony charges stemming from a February crash that seriously injured two people.
Gonzalo Paredes-Moscoso, 45, of New Britain, Conn., faces two counts of vehicular assault in the 1st degree, both class D felonies.
The charges relate to a motor vehicle crash that occurred at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 4 near State Route 146 and Fire Road in Clifton Park.
Paredes-Moscoso was previously charged with aggravated DWI – per se, DWI, and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08% or greater, all unclassified misdemeanors.
The new felony charges allege he caused serious physical injury to two people by operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18% or greater.
