Broome County sheriff seeks public help in locating wanted man

CHENANGO FORKS — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Tyrone Beansley, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for Criminal Contempt 2nd degree.

Beansley, a 5-foot-11, 180-pound white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, was last known to frequent the Chenango Forks area of Broome County.

The sheriff’s office released a photo of Beansley dated October 16, 2024, as part of their March 26 featured warrant announcement.

Authorities are encouraging anyone with information on Beansley’s whereabouts to contact the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials have assured that all tips will remain confidential.
