POULTNEY — A Brandon man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police discovered he was driving with a suspended license and under the influence of alcohol.
Peter Senecal, 25, faces multiple charges including driving under the influence, driving with a criminally suspended license, and violating conditions of release following a traffic stop on Main Street.
Vermont State Police troopers from the Rutland Barracks stopped Senecal’s vehicle around 2:35 p.m. for an observed traffic violation.
During the stop, troopers identified Senecal and determined he was driving with a criminally suspended license.
Troopers also discovered Senecal had an active in-state warrant and was violating court-ordered conditions of release.
