SAUGERTIES — A 46-year-old Saugerties woman was arrested on multiple charges including making graffiti and witness tampering following a police investigation into several criminal mischief cases.
Kristy L. DePasquale was taken into custody by the Saugerties Police Department at 12:09 p.m. on March 23.
DePasquale faces four counts of making graffiti, three counts of tampering with a witness, two counts of third-degree criminal mischief and three counts of trespass, according to police.
The arrest stemmed from an investigation into multiple incidents that occurred at Cody’s Court in Saugerties.
Following processing at the Saugerties Police Department, DePasquale was released on an appearance ticket.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
