UTICA — The Utica Police Department is searching for a Level 3 registered sex offender who failed to report a change of address.
Michael Klockowski, 27, has been seen in the New Hartford and Utica areas, according to police.
Klockowski, born January 22, 1998, is described as a white male standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds.
He has hazel eyes and is bald or has brown hair, police said.
Authorities issued the alert on March 21 after Klockowski allegedly violated sex offender registration requirements.
The police department has assigned the case reference number 25-12415.
