NORWAY — Officers from the Norway Police Department arrested Nicholas Plummer, a fugitive wanted since August 2024, during a search warrant operation at 11 Pearl Street on Tuesday, March 25, at 9 a.m.
Plummer was wanted on charges stemming from Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs.
The arrest was conducted with support from the Western Maine Regional Warrant Team, Paris Police Department, Oxford Police Department and Rumford Police Department.
Plummer had previously fled from law enforcement during an arrest attempt in September 2024.
An investigation is underway into possible charges for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution.
Plummer was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Oxford County Jail, where he is being held pending initial appearance in court.
