JOHNSTON — A Cranston man was arrested Tuesday following a collision on Route 6 in Johnston, Rhode Island State Police said.
Daniel Delbonis, 55, was charged with driving under the influence, refusing a chemical test and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
Troopers from the Scituate Barracks arrested Delbonis at 4:50 p.m. after investigating a motor vehicle collision on Route 6.
Delbonis, of 7 Cassandra Court in Cranston, was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing.
He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
