SAUGERTIES — A Kingston man was arrested by Saugerties police following a complaint made in January, authorities said.
Robert J. VanBuren, 41, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
The arrest occurred March 15 at approximately 9:20 p.m.
VanBuren was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Saugerties Village Court at a later date.
The New York State Police assisted the Saugerties Police Department in the investigation.
