PLATTSBURGH — A 57-year-old New York woman was arrested on March 23 at 8:30 a.m. following a property damage accident in Clinton County.
Michelle M. Malloy of Huntington Station, N.Y., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, having an open container of alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, and failing to use a designated lane.
Clinton County Sheriff’s Deputies made the arrest after investigating the accident.
Authorities allege that Malloy was operating a motor vehicle while in an impaired condition.
Malloy was processed at the Sheriff’s Office and released with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Plattsburgh Court at a later date.
