SPRINGFIELD — A 33-year-old Springfield man was arrested on an active state warrant early Thursday morning, according to police.
Nicholas S. Ragucci was taken into custody without incident at 78 Valley Street at approximately 4:51 a.m. on March 20.
Officers Callahan and Singleton transported Ragucci to the Southern State Correctional Facility following his arrest.
Ragucci was issued a criminal citation to appear in Windsor County Criminal Court at 12:30 p.m. on March 20 to answer to the charge of arrest on an in-state warrant.
He was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 cash or surety bail.
