PLATTSBURGH — A 41-year-old Plattsburgh woman was arrested Monday night on an active warrant for violating the terms of her probation, according to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested Jenna C. Proctor at 10:40 p.m. on March 23 on a warrant issued by Champlain Town Court.
Proctor was on probation following her November 2024 conviction for two counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree.
She was arraigned in Champlain Town Court and remanded to Clinton County Correctional Facility without bail.
Proctor is scheduled to reappear in Champlain Town Court at a later date.
