JOHNSTOWN — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office handled 553 incidents and made 27 arrests during a two-week period from February 28 to March 13, according to a bi-weekly report released by the department.
Traffic-related incidents dominated the report, with 219 traffic stops and 29 motor vehicle accidents recorded during the period.
Among those arrested was Edwin C. Quesada, 57, of Gloversville, who faces the most serious charge in the report – Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle First Degree, an E Felony.
Tiffany A. Goodrich, 42, of Gloversville, was charged with multiple felonies including Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, Welfare Fraud in the Fourth Degree, and Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree.
The sheriff’s office also responded to 17 domestic violence complaints, 12 animal complaints, and seven mental health incidents during the two-week period.
Other arrests included individuals charged with harassment, petit larceny, and various degrees of unlicensed operation of motor vehicles.
