SAUGERTIES — A 57-year-old Saugerties woman was arrested Monday following an investigation into a domestic dispute, police said.
Shari D. Lockhart was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
The incident occurred around 9:15 a.m. on March 18 at a residence on Laurel Lane.
Lockhart was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
