MILTON — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 55-year-old Milton man Saturday after responding to a disturbance call on Emmett Street.
Timothy D. Febbie was charged with criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, a class D felony, following an investigation into the 9:44 a.m. incident.
Febbie is accused of intentionally damaging property belonging to another person in an amount exceeding $1,500.
Authorities allege he damaged several items inside a residence including windows, a refrigerator, and furniture.
Febbie was arraigned before the Honorable Timothy M. Brown in Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
