ENOSBURGH — A local man was cited for retail theft and unlawful trespass after an incident at Hannaford Supermarket on March 10.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of theft at approximately 10:29 a.m. at the Enosburgh grocery store.
Investigation revealed that Mark Clapper, 27, of Enosburgh, had entered the supermarket despite having been previously trespassed from the property.
Clapper allegedly left the store without paying for numerous items.
Authorities later located Clapper and issued him a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on April 29 at 10 a.m. to answer to charges of retail theft and unlawful trespass.
