BARRINGTON — A Dundee woman was arrested Friday following a domestic incident that left one person injured, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.

Andrea M. Bailey, 36, of Dundee, was taken into custody at 11:58 a.m. on March 21 pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Barrington Court.

The warrant stemmed from a physical domestic incident that occurred the previous day at approximately 4 a.m.

Deputies said Bailey subjected another party to injuries while an order of protection was in place.

She also allegedly damaged the victim’s phone to prevent him from contacting law enforcement.

Bailey faces multiple charges including burglary dwelling causing injury, aggravated family offense, first-degree criminal contempt, criminal mischief with intent to damage property, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree assault.

Following her arrest, Bailey was transported to Yates County Court to await CAP Court proceedings.
