RUTLAND TOWN — Vermont State Police arrested a 73-year-old Rutland Town man Thursday night following a report of domestic assault at a residence on Cold River Road.
Cary Buck was taken into custody without incident after police responded to the call at 11:31 p.m.
Investigators determined Buck had committed domestic assault against a victim whose name was not released, in accordance with Vermont State Police policy regarding victims of domestic violence.
Buck was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Rutland Criminal Division on March 21 at 12:30 p.m.
The investigation began when state police received the domestic assault report and responded to the Cold River Road address.
