BRIDGEWATER — A Level 3 sex offender has registered with the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board at an address in Bridgewater.
Ronald A. Spinola, 59, is now registered as residing at 5 Sunset Lane in Bridgewater.
Spinola was convicted on May 18, 2004, of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.
The Sex Offender Registry Board has determined that Spinola has a high risk to reoffend and poses a degree of dangerousness that warrants public notification.
Spinola is described as a Black male, 6 feet tall, weighing 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board classifies offenders as Level 3 when they are determined to have a high risk of reoffending and pose a substantial degree of danger to the public.
