KILLINGTON — Vermont State Police responded to a report of theft at 8492 US Route 4 at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday, March 11.
Upon investigation, troopers determined that Justin Jones, 53, of Waldenville, N.Y., had caused damage to property belonging to Robert Mojeski, 54, of Sag Harbor, N.Y.
Jones was trespassed from the property and issued a citation for unlawful mischief.
He is scheduled to appear in Rutland County Superior Court – Criminal Division on June 2 at 10 p.m.
