WATERBURY — A 41-year-old Essex Town man was arrested Thursday night on suspicion of driving under the influence, his second such offense, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers stopped Cian McGuire on Bidwell Lane at approximately 10 p.m. for a minor motor vehicle infraction.
During the traffic stop, McGuire showed signs of impairment, police said.
After further investigation, troopers took McGuire into custody on a DUI charge.
McGuire was processed and released with a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court’s Criminal Division on April 10 at 8:30 a.m.
