CALAIS — Vermont State Police arrested a Calais woman on suspicion of driving under the influence after finding her slumped behind the wheel of a vehicle on Adamant Road.
Troopers responded to the scene at 3:36 p.m. on March 21 following reports of an unresponsive driver.
Upon arrival, officers identified the operator as Sheri Graves, 38, of Calais.
According to police, Graves displayed signs of impairment during their interaction.
She was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
Authorities later released Graves with a citation for DUI, second offense.
She is scheduled to appear in Washington Superior Court – Criminal Division to answer to the charge.
