DICKINSON — A Dickinson man previously charged with statutory rape now faces nine additional felony charges after investigators discovered videos of him engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile victim.
Jordan C. Wilson, 20, was initially arrested March 11 on charges of second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation into statutory rape in the Town of Colesville.
Wilson was released after his initial arraignment in accordance with New York State law.
Broome County Sheriff’s Office detectives continued their investigation, obtaining and executing additional search warrants that led to the discovery of multiple video recordings of Wilson engaging in sexual acts with the juvenile victim.
The new charges include three counts of use of a child in a sexual performance (class C felonies), three counts of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child (class D felonies), and three counts of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child (class E felonies).
Wilson is currently in custody at the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility awaiting arraignment on the additional charges at Central Arraignment Part.
