BATH — A 47-year-old Bath resident was arrested on felony drug charges stemming from an investigation into drug sales that occurred in the Village of Bath last year.
Brian D. Personious was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, both class D felonies, according to the Village of Bath Police Department.
The arrest was made on a Superior Court Indictment warrant.
Personious was processed and transported to Steuben County Court where he was arraigned.
He was released on his own recognizance following the court appearance.
