WINOOSKI — The Winooski Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 68-year-old woman who was last heard from earlier this week.
Debra Cardinal, a Winooski resident, was last in contact with family members on Monday, March 17.
Police were notified of Cardinal’s apparent disappearance on Wednesday, March 19.
Authorities say Cardinal suffers from mental health issues.
It is unknown what Cardinal was wearing when she disappeared or what method or direction of travel she may have taken.
