COHOES — State Police arrested two individuals after a traffic stop of a stolen vehicle on Congress Street Tuesday afternoon.
On March 18, at about 2 p.m., Troopers from the Troop G Community Stabilization Unit stopped a vehicle that had been reported stolen from Albany on March 17.
The driver was identified as Madison C. Crall, 27, of Burnt Hills, and the passenger as Thomas L. Bishop, 38, of Cohoes.
Both individuals were taken into custody, and the vehicle was seized.
Crall was found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances.
Crall was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree.
Bishop was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree.
Both were processed at SP Latham, issued appearance tickets returnable to Cohoes City Court on April 17, and released.
