PORTSMOUTH — Portsmouth police are asking for the public’s help to identify an individual connected to an ongoing investigation on Penhallow Street.
The incident occurred Friday, March 14, at approximately 10:30 p.m., according to police officials.
Authorities have released surveillance images of the person of interest, though they acknowledge the images are of limited quality.
“We know the images are not of the best quality, but figured something is better than nothing,” the department stated in their public appeal.
