HAVERSTRAW — The Haverstraw Police Department posted an image of an individual involved in a larceny investigation that occurred at a local business on Jan. 27.
On March 19, Sandy MartinezRodriguez, 33, of Nyack, was identified as the suspect in the case.
He was located and charged with petit larceny.
After processing, MartinezRodriguez was released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Haverstraw Justice Court.
It should be noted that a criminal complaint is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
