DUMMERSTON — The Vermont State Police arrested a 46-year-old Dummerston man Thursday morning for allegedly violating an active Relief from Abuse Order.
Seth Holton was taken into custody around 9:07 a.m. following a report of the violation on Miller Road in Dummerston.
Troopers from the Westminster Barracks responded to the scene and determined through their investigation that Holton had violated the court order.
Holton was processed at the Westminster Barracks and charged with violation of an abuse prevention order and stalking.
He was issued a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on March 21 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charges.
