LYNDON — A 25-year-old woman was arrested on an active warrant following a traffic stop late Wednesday night.
Vermont State Police Troopers from the Saint Johnsbury Barracks conducted a traffic stop on US Route 5 near Red Village Road at approximately 11:50 p.m. after observing a motor vehicle violation.
During the investigation, troopers identified passenger Kaylee E. Sevene, 25, who has no fixed address, as having an active arrest warrant from Chittenden County.
The warrant was for one count of retail theft and three counts of violation of probation.
Sevene was issued a citation to appear at the Caledonia County Superior Court on March 19 at 8:30 a.m.
