OWEGO — The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested two individuals on separate bench warrants during the first half of March.
Alena Floyd, 35, of Apalachin, was arrested March 1 at her residence on an active bench warrant issued through Tioga County Probation.
Floyd was remanded to the Tioga County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Tioga County Court at a later date.
In a separate case, deputies arrested Todd Evans, 46, of Owego, on March 12 for an outstanding bench warrant.
The warrant stemmed from Evans’ failure to appear in the Town of Candor Court related to a DWI arrest from 2018.
Evans was arraigned at CAP Court with Justice Gorman and released on his own recognizance.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Candor Court at a later date.
