MANCHESTER — Police are searching for a 20-year-old man who went missing Tuesday afternoon after an argument with his family.
Jacob Powell was last seen driving south on Oakland Street around 5 p.m. in a silver 2021 Toyota Camry with Virginia registration TJK-6002, according to the Manchester Police Department.
Powell reportedly made comments about harming himself before leaving, authorities said.
The missing man is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a royal blue hoodie, black sweatpants and tan shoes.
Police said the vehicle has a cracked windshield and passenger-side body damage.
